Rules of the farm

1. Who drives the hay wagon

These terms govern your use of hayridehollow.com ("Hayride Hollow", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of hayridehollow.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Riders old enough for the wagon

Riders must be 19 or over to use Hayride Hollow, and using it is your word that you are.

3. Coins from the sack

  • Burdock hands out the virtual coins that every game runs on, and charges nothing for them.
  • A coin is worth nothing in money; it is not cash, not credit and not property.
  • No coin may be purchased, sold or withdrawn, passed to someone else, or traded for money, goods, services or prizes. The app has no purchases of any kind.
  • No stop on the wagon route offers a prize of real-world value.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we see fit.

4. The hollow takes no real-money bets

Real-money gambling is neither run nor pushed by Hayride Hollow, and no link on the farm leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your wagon seat

  • Clovercomb Row and Duskpetal Shore open only with a free account. One seat per rider, and seats are never shared.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Should another person get into your account, tell Burdock without delay.
  • Deleting your account takes one press on your account page, any time you choose. The seat is gone instantly and cannot be brought back.
  • A seat used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by a rider under 19, can be suspended.
  • Coins, levels and missions belong to the seat, not to you as property, and any of them may be reset.

6. How to behave on the farm

No meddling with the site, no bots or other automated tools pointed at it, no offers to trade coins, and no letting anyone under 19 aboard.

7. Downtime, breakdowns and liability

You get the site “as is”; Burdock may change or retire any part of it. Should something malfunction, every play and every pay is void. These terms limit no liability that the law forbids anyone to limit, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. The law that governs the farm

These terms answer to the laws of the Province of Ontario, together with whichever federal laws of Canada apply in that province.
